Explore Your Options With Ceilings Plus

Headquartered in Los Angeles, California, Ceiling Plus is named after the specific products it provides for building projects. The company considers itself to be an essential part of the construction process through their high-quality, technologically advanced products and solutions.

Products

Ceiling Plus provides seven types of ceiling systems: Radians, Illusions, Multiples, Runways, Barz, Planx, and Mirra. Radians is a curved panel system that is available in convex, concave, wave, and dome form, while Illusions uses a modular-shaped panel format. The Multiples and Runways brands are meant to be more cost-effective than wood and metal panels, with the former installed on T-bar grids and the latter offering six wave-shaped choices.

The Barz, Planx, and Mirra fall under the linear bar category. Made of light gage aluminum, the aptly-named Barz is a combination of wood or metal linear components. Although the Mirra and Planx linear ceilings are similar, the latter stands out with the addition of Arboreal or Sarante veneer. Clients can combine finishes by making choices from the company's perforation, sound absorbing, and light and air handling options. More than just a manufacturer of ceiling solutions, Ceilings Plus also provides strip lighting through its Corniche brand, Wallforms wall panels, and sunscreens, column covers, architectural enclosures, reflectors, and partitions, among other products.

Facility and Manufacturing

The Ceilings Plus manufacturing plant has over 70 individual Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines, which automatically make industrial components and do not need direct human assistance. Costing millions of dollars to acquire, the CNC machines include curving equipment for quickly and efficiently curving formed metal panels, thus reducing the cost of production. The machines are guided by 3-D information from AutoCAD, which is the most widely used computer-aided design (CAD) software brand in the world. None of the equipment is older than seven years, ensuring that Ceiling Plus uses the most up-to-date technology necessary.

Partnerships

Ceiling Plus enjoys some of the best partnerships in the building industry.  One of its most prominent retailers is Wade Architectural Systems, which is based in the Houston metropolitan area. Founded by the father-and-son pair of Lisle and Bill Wade, the company provides building materials for residential homes and corporate buildings throughout the country. Since its establishment in 1988, Wade Architectural Systems has been involved in over 2,500 projects. Some of its most recent projects include Galveston Fire Station No. 4, The Council on Alcohol & Drugs, the SYSCO Food headquarters, University of Texas Health Science Center School of Nursing, Texas A&M University's Agriculture & Life Sciences Complex, and NASA Building 20 at the Johnson Space Center. Ceiling Plus is one of the eight manufacturing brands that Wade Architectural Systems provides, and it is the only ceiling systems company in partnership with this esteemed architectural enterprise.
